From ₹20,000 to ₹9,500 Crore Empire 😱 IN THIS VIDEO: What if this company shut down? Then not a single bike from Bajaj, Hero, or Royal Enfield would be able to run But you’ve probably never even heard of its name. The year was 1988. Shrikant Badve, a simple young man from Aurangabad, was observing the automobile market when he noticed something that even the biggest businessmen had overlooked. He realized that whenever a bike is manufactured, big companies focus on the engine and the body frame. But what about those tiny metallic and chassis components without which a bike cannot move even an inch? Seeing this massive gap in the market, Shrikant decided to start his own business. But he didn’t have much money in his pocket, nor did he have a big investor backing him. By pooling together whatever money he could, he started working in a small garage with just ₹20,000 in capital, three old second-hand machines, and a team of only three people. Initially, no major company was willing to give him orders. Despite working day and night, the profit margins were so low that keeping the business alive became a daily struggle. But Shrikant had a master plan. He adopted a “genius strategy” that shook up the entire automobile industry. He set up his manufacturing factories right next to the plants of giant companies like Bajaj and Hero. This brought delivery times down to almost zero, eliminated transportation costs, and made it nearly impossible for competitors to beat him on price and speed. Gradually, the company expanded beyond manufacturing small components. It started producing frames, chassis, suspension systems, and other critical automotive parts. Today, major brands like Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, and Tata are among its clients. And here’s the most interesting part! Today, one out of every three components in the motorcycle industry is manufactured by this company. Yes, I’m talking about Belrise Industries, which now generates annual revenue of ₹9,500 crore.
